- Monday 1pm - 5pm
- Tuesday 9am - 1pm
- Wednesday 9am - 1pm
- Thursday 1pm - 5pm
- Friday 1pm - 5pm
- Saturday 9am - 4pm
We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
As part of the NSW Government Covid 19 Safe Plan, these are the conditions of entry to the hub:
- You must sign in to enter the hub
- If you feel unwell please stay at home and order online
- Keep 1.5m away from others
- Sanitize your hands upon entry and exist
- Do not touch the goods
- No cash payment
- All machines purchases must be pre-booked
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR WHAT YOU CAN DO OUTSIDE RETAIL HOURS, AS THE HUB OPERATES WITH CLOSED DOORS:
We operate Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Outside retail hours our front door is shut but you can still do the following:
- Book a consultancy call (please note we will not be able to accommodate any walk-ins unless pre-booked)
- Drop off / pick up your machine from repair. Please read all Service FAQ here prior
- Pick up your online order if you chose ' pick up from store' at checkout and received an SMS it's ready for a pick up
All visits outside of retail hours are to enter from rear, entrance from Emanuel Lane. All interactions are contactless and pre-paid.
- Espresso Bar – no takeaway or sit down
- Brew Bar – no ordering from menu or makers demonstration
- Machines consultancy - view and chat only, no tasting nor customers hands-on operation
- No one on one or group training
- No cupping events or other educational gigs
We apologise for any inconvenience and we hope to reinstate those services in the near future once its safe to do so.
