A backflush detergent that removes old ground coffee and oils from your group head, improves the flavor and the flow of coffee.

Use a 1/4 of a tea spoon powder in your blind filter. Recommended to backflush every fortnight or every 1 kg of coffee. "Passive" backflushing with water only can be done more often than that.
