Mon-Sat 9am-4pm, you will:
- Serve delicious espresso based and alternative brew coffees
- Demonstrate and help people making the right choice with coffee makers, coffee beans and all retail products
- Promote our brand, services and coffee appreciation events
- Work towards KPI and store's sales targets
- Supervise merchandising, layout and in hub promotion

Customer Support and Orders Supervisor | Part Time - Postion filled 12-8-2019
Our Customer Sales Support and Orders Supervisor role is pivotal to our success. It is the unique customer experience we design in our business that sets us apart from our competitors and without the right person to deliver that experience we simply can't do it!
This position is Monday - Friday 9am - to 3pm with an outlook for a full time position for the right candidate.
Here's is what a day at work might look like:
- Manage incoming orders from invoicing to dispatch
- Manage incoming calls from identifying the problem to conversion or escalation to other team members
- Book consultancy or training for our team
- Man our e-commerce friendly and efficient online chat
- Support our Social community on Facebook messenger
- Return professional, helpful and effective emails
- Manage our Beans Subscription Program

Coffee Machines Workshop Technician | Part Time | Sydney - Position filled 8-8-2019
Di Bartoli Coffee seeks a Coffee Machines Technician for a Part Time (20-25 hours per week) position.
Days of the week are flexible and can include weekends if prefered. $27-$32 per hour (subject to skills & experience). Full time Technician / Service Manager position will be offered to the suitable candidate.
Some of the responsibilities you will handle include:
- Repair and service Prosumer (commercially oriented domestic) espresso equipment
- Liaise with customers before and after their repair via email, phone and in-store
- Provide repair / service quotes
- Troubleshoot coffee machines breakdown over the phone / email and in store
- Handle spare parts queries via phone / email / chat and in store
